Currently, we are expanding our team and looking for security professionals specifically for retail stores and financial institutions.

What we’re looking for:

• Must possess a valid Ontario Security Guard License
• First Aid & CRP Level C
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written
• Previous experience in the security industry specially in Retail Environment would be an asset
• Sound knowledge of computer technology
• Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays and rotating shifts
• Must meet physical requirements of standing for the entirety of the shift
• Ability to work in a stressful environment
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Must be prepared to work on short notice

What you’ll be doing:

As a Retail Store Guard, the primary responsibility will be:

• Making sure property is secure and safe all times
• Apply Trespassing code of conduct
• Following store rule and regulations
• Foot patrol inside and outside of the property as needed
• Access control and monitor CCTV if required
• Greet all customers in a friendly manner
• Remain posted at entrance of the store or where ever directed
• Assist customers requiring assistance for directions and employees with access request or any other questions
